Oh my, I’ve been so incredibly tired the past few days. I blame it on the insane party marathon last weekend. But I still wanted to do one last run before my race this Friday. So I went out yesterday after work and did my best. ‘My best’ wasn’t that good, though.

- Time: 30:40 minutes
- Average pace: 11:10 min/mile
- Feeling: Tired
That run was so weird! My heart rate was a lot lower than usual, but whenever I tried to speed up, I simply couldn’t. After returning home I showered, had dinner (a big pile of delicious Fried Rice), and immediately fell asleep on the couch for about an hour! And I’m still tired today.
So I decided to take the next two days off (Thursday and Friday), to get some much-needed rest. That actually fits quite well, as I’ve just finished a project today, and the next one will start next Monday. So I’ll also get a mental ‘reset’. And who knows, I might even get to spend some time in my kitchen.
