Confession: I haven’t been to the gym in about a month. The weather has just been too nice, so I’ve enjoyed lots of outdoor runs. But today I decided to go back to the gym, to not let my membership go to waste.

- Average pace: 11:05 min/mile
- Feeling: Hot Hot Hot
My gym obviously has no AC, so I’m afraid it will get even hotter in there in the next few months. I’d like to use the treadmill for speed work runs, but I’m not sure if I can handle the heat. Today I was sweating like mad, and it felt as if my head would explode any minute. Thank goodness my monthly fee is very low, so I don’t feel that guilty for not going there anymore.
