Just like her I’m doing the one hundred pushups program. I did my initial test a few days ago and could only do five full pushups. Not good! I don’t expect that will be able to do 100 pushups after those six weeks, but I’ll take every improvement. So today I started with day 1 of week 1, which means five sets of full pushups. I did 2, 3, 2, 2, and 5 pushups, and it was tough!
I plan to do my next workout on Wednesday.
What I like about this program is that each workout takes only a few minutes, and that you can do it everywhere, without special equipment. That means, no excuses!
