Normally I don’t run on two consecutive days, to give my legs more time to recover. But today I just couldn’t resist. It was sunny and mild, probably for the last time this week, I felt fine, and was a bit bored. So I put on my sneakers and went out.

Bad idea! I felt weak and exhausted during the entire run and had to take quite a few walking breaks. Seems I’m not ready to run everyday yet.
Morgan from Life After Bagels has started an exciting new fitness challenge and it’s all about strong arms. It starts on Monday March 21st and runs for six weeks. Morgan herself plans to do the 100 pushup challenge, and I decided to do it, too.
Why exactly pushups? Because they not only target your arms but also your entire core. And I totally suck at pushups! So it’s time to work on those guns. I don’t think that I’ll be able to do 100 pushups at the end of the challenge, though, so we’ll see how many I can squeeze out after those six weeks. Wish me luck!
