Lately I’ve noticed that I run better after a few days of rest. If I only have one rest day, my next run is so much harder. Seems I need to find a way to speed up recovery. Today I did a nice stretching session after my run. I usually neglect that. Duh!

- Average pace: 11:56 min/mile
- Feeling: Tired
So, let’s see if stretching helps me to feel better.
