Back to the gym, that is! I took a break from running for a week. I was so stressed and worn out as work has been totally crazy lately, but I’m slowly catching up and things are almost back to normal now. Phew!

And I broke my record today! I ran for 20 minutes before I slowed down to a walk. Great! But after those 20 minutes the treadmill turned itself off. What the? That totally messed up my rhythm for the rest of the run. Meh!
My legs are tired now, and so am I. Time to hit the couch and relax.
