I was really brave today and went back to the treadmill. As planned, I set it to a slightly faster pace. This was the hardest run in a quite a while.

I’m trying really hard not to get frustrated. I’ve been running for quite a while now, but I’m still struggling so much. At the moment, I don’t see any progress at all. Today I gave everything I had in me, I can hardly move my legs now, but I’m still so slow!
Guess I have to run more often to see a real progress. Three times a week is what I’m aiming for. With access to a treadmill, bad weather won’t be an excuse anymore. I really want to stick with it this time, to see if I can become a runner, too.
