I just love statistics. Yes, I’m weird, I know. So here’s a recap of my workouts during the month of November.

Well, that’s not much. Most runners do more than that in one week! I’ll work on it.
I don’t have exact stats for my other workouts, but I guess I did about three hours of Pilates, two hours of Yoga, and at least one hour of strength training. All in all not quite bad for a former couch potato, I’d say.
So, what are my plans for December? I will still try to workout/move as much as possible, but I have to admit it will be tough during the holiday season. I’ve decided that I won’t stress about it. I will enjoy the holidays, but I won’t stuff myself silly with all the food (cookies, I’m looking at you!) and try to squeeze some workouts in.
