A while ago I bought a fitness magazine that came with a free Yoga DVD. Today I finally found some time to give it a try. My legs are still a little sore, so Yoga sounded like a good idea. Once again, the boyfriend joined in (he’s quite the seasoned yogi, actually). We did about 35 minutes, complete with warm-up and relaxing. It was great! I’m still a total newbie, but this DVD was just right for me, no crazy moves but not boring either. We both really liked it and are determined to do it again soon.
I usually go to a 90 minute Yoga class every Wednesday night, but it was canceled this week. I don’t really like that class, it’s just too slow, too much savasana and meditation for my liking. I already paid for it so I’ll stick with it until it ends in December. But afterwards I don’t think I will continue, I’d rather do some yoga at home.
And now it’s time to relax on the couch, watching Kick Boxing (K1 Style) on TV with my man. These guys are bad-ass!
