Yesterday another co-worker joined the Friday Lunch Break Run. Now there’s three of us already. That’s great!
As usual I let the guys go ahead, so I could run at my own pace. They’re still too fast for me. We didn’t run on our usual trail, as it was still covered in snow. Instead we took another route with less snow. But there were still some patches of snow, muddy puddles, and even ice! So I couldn’t run quite as fast as I wanted.

- Time: 35:47 minutes
- Average pace: 12:48 min/mile
- Feeling: Sunny
Still a good run. Rather slow, but these days it’s all about the mileage!
